78. Cook my way through an entire magazine/cookbook

Caribbean Pot Roast

Very good! I made this at lunch so it would be ready when I got home. It smells fantastic, and tastes delicious. It makes a fair bit though, good for a family dinner.

I gave these biscuits a try too. These were incredibly simple to make and very very good with the Pot Roast. A good cozy winter meal.
