31. Take up jogging

ok... I'm finding week four a bit of a struggle, so I think I'm going to repeat it before I get to week 5.. in week 5 we jump to 8 minutes and that's a pretty big leap for me. LOL. So a repeat of week 4 is the best plan for myself. I also was busy this weekend and didn't get my 3 run in... so an extra few days on week 4 is only fair, well in my thinking anyways!
